Can't find owner FHA pre-floreclosure much equity any ideas
Owner has moved out on an FHA pre-forclosure , do not know why, that has $15,000 plus equity. No forwarding address no new phone number, called investagator that offered no help other than he might be in jail. When it goes to court house I don't think I can do anything since it will be picked up by Hud, at least that is my understanding. Anything I missed. Jerry
