Can I Record Accerpted Offer On Deed

Hi just got a signed Offer acceptance on a great view property. Several people are still trying to buy it. Can I record the acceptance with the county. It is a faxed letter. She is out of state. can I use that or do I need the original. Thanks, JIm

    In my area, I can not record a document unless it bears the original signature AND the document is notarized.
