Can I Help This Woman?
A homeowner called me about her home that is going to be sold at the Sherrif's sale. She owes $139,000 and the FMV is only $150,000. This does not seem like a good deal for me to purchase from her. Is there any way I can help her? It is always nice to make money on a deal, but is there some other avenue I can help her take?

Could be a possible short sale candidate. You might be able to realize a significant reduction. How's the market in that particular area?
