Can Anyone Explain This?
Does anyone subscrib to realty trac? (not that its that reliable to begin with)I am wondering properties that people may go into forebearance or claim bankruptcy does that leave them in a pre foreclosure? I am looking at realty trac and people who did not have thier house auctioned off are now on the pre-foreclosure list.
