Calling On People During Redemption Period
There's a house I've been watching that is in the 90 day redemption period. There is about 4 weeks left I have sent a letter and have gotten no response. Would I would like to do is offer the people a couple k for letting me check out the house and making sure they aren't destructive when they move out. If this dosen't work they have a small second I possibly could buy the redemption rights from, but then I would have to get them out, does anyone know how long it take to get people to move out in Kansas?
