Buying In Auction

I am looking to a buy a home in auction. After searching the county records, I found a LIS PENDENS Notice that asks for relief aganist the property arising out of act of conversion, fraud, and damages

Does this get wiped out in Auction?

Any idea what it means when the say "act of conversion, fraud, and damages"?

Thanks

In judicial forecolure any lien or judgement NAMED in the foreclosure suit is wiped out in the sale but it must be named. If it is not named and it is a lien against the property specifically it will stay attached.
