Buying Foreclosures At Courthouse Auction
Hi, I'm a new investor and I'm really pressed for time on this one property. The Foreclosure auction date is set for 9/16 and I want to secure the bid. What's the best way to secure the bid that I want to make? I've never purchased at an auction and could really use some of you guys' expertise. :-?

Bring the most money!
Have you checked the title?
You could end up with some unwanted liens.
If the title is clear or the deal still makes sense, show up at the auction and bid with the other investors. There is no way to "secure" a bid. Whoever bids the highest, wins.
Make sure you have the cash to pay that day.
