Buying A Home After Bankruptcy
am looking for a house for my neighbor ,his bankrupcy was discharge in august 2010 ,I found a 3bd room 2b ranch for 40,000
he is willing to pay 20,000 down and finance 20,000 is there any banks that can help him or any private lenders that I can recommend him to ,let me know guys

I feel it will better for him to go to bank so that they can able to guide him further about what he needs to require for buying house.
