Does anyone have a sample business plan for Real Esate Investing? I am trying to secure a working line of credit and I need some direction for the business plan format. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated

There are books for idiots (I use them for most subject areas) and software for developing a business plan.

BizPlanBuilder is the program that I've used for several start-ups. It has a short version, or one that is more comprehensive.

Business Plan Pro is another software program that may be helpful to you. Also search online for free info - there's TONS of sample business plans and explanations of what to include in a business plan, etc..on line. Good luck!

the best working line of credit to get in r.e. investing is private lenders and if your buying right they will invest...

if you want to take the slow way to bumps and bruises type in biz plans on the net and youll find all kinds of site with example plans

and I believe entreprenuer mag has a site for sources also....

"bplans" has free sample business plans. The closest one to real estate investing is probably the property management sample. Use it to get the structure of a good business plan. You can go from there. They're a .com.
