Hello Everyone!
I am new (as you have heard many times) to investing in pre-forclosure and forclosure properties. I am blown away by the knowledge base in this forum, thats why I decided to join!
My question is this....Is there a method to or a text book plan in contacting a distressed property owner?
Is there a some sort of outline for a flyer or mailing?
Short of just knocking on the door and giving it your best, is there anything to help better your chances.
persuasive verbaige, key phrases,etc.
Any and all advise and info is appreciated, the more the better. I am very motivated and excited to start investing and believe I have the drive and financial backing to do so, just need to build a knowledge base.
