Boarding Houses
I am looking to invest money in a Boarding ****Must Reach Senior Investor status before posting URL's***here is a huge market for this where I am looking. My business plan only calls for weekly rental rates and not nightly, as a don't want want it to be a Hotel\Motel so to speak. I was wondering if anyone knows in the State of Iowa, if I will still need a Hotel\Motel License? Further more, will having a large house rezoned for this type of property a hard thing to do?
