My husband has a full time job and I am a full time student . We live in Jacksonville, Florida and would like to become involved in the bird dog business to help us gain knowledge of investing. How can we do so???????

I am very interested in doing the same thing. My credit is shot so I want to start out either bird dogging or flipping properties I am in Pa. is there anybody willing to show me the ropes and help me out. I want this to be my career BUT since I dont have funding or credit I want to start out in this field?? Can anyone help me??
