Best Online Fee Service For Finding Forclosures?
I have been searching the web trying to find some sites that contain databases of Foreclosed homes. Nearly all of the charge monthly fees.
Can anyone recommend the best site? Are any of them worth the fees that they charge?

What about a site called realtytrac? I haven't tried it out but it seems to offer loads of info....even comps on foreclosed properties. Has anyone used it?
I tried realtytrac. I did a search but it did not show a bank Reo that I had an offer is so I know that they do not keep up to date data for my area.
You may have better luck in your area.

I have www.foreclosureworld.com and for the most part, the info is accurate and not to out dated. I have found it good for REO listings and local contacts of RA in my area. Also, some counties in some states have pre-foreclosure listings, like Cook County, IL. I guess you have to determine what you need and want from one of these outfits and go from there. The only set back for me was the cost...around 400 bucks..I think, But I dont ever have to renew and I have to hope they dont go out of business. LOL

I can pull them from there, but only in select counties. Most of the listings are Foreclosed Properties. Not all of them come from there. You are in Judicial State and you can obtain the info you need from your local County Courthouse. You have to learn the state statutes and how the foreclosure process works in your state and then begin collecting your information to approach the people going in foreclosure. Good luck
Your best bet is to find a company in and around your area who phisically goes to the court house and collects the information themselves and is not just a service provider of the information. Talk with people who belong to your local REIA and they should be able to give you the name and number of a reputable company.
