I am in dire need of guidance. I am ready to invest in property NOW! but am in need of step by step instructions. From the offer to the close I have bits and pieces of information on how it is done but not enough to feel confident. Especially when it comes to the paper work end of it. Is there a book or program that breaks it down for me, with Paperwork requirements? Any suggestions? Thanks

There are many excellent books on this site. You can check them out by going to the top of this site and click on the shop tab.
You may want to visit your local book store or library and look thru all the books on the subject of REI that you are most interested in. There is so much to choose from but the best place for advice you can find is by coming back to this site on a regular basis.

You may want to check with your attorney regarding the various contracts and forms you will be using in your state.
What I enjoy reading and feel will help me you may not.

You can also check out the reviews of the products on this site which may also help you.

Although you say "I am ready to invest in property NOW! " It doesn't sound like you're quite ready.

You have desire, but not knowledge. That's a dangerous thing to confuse.

How are you planning on buying? You can find REPC's at Office max or your local board of realtors. Ask a realtor for one.

Realtors will hold your hand if you find an MLS property.

Are you doing a www.L.O., Sub. to?, wholesale, short sale, etc....

Paperwork will vary depending on how you're buying.
