I would like to become a birddog to learn more about CREI, but I have a full time job. Would I still be able to birddog on my free time? And where would I find investors to pass on information?
Sure you can! I think most birddogs already have a full-time job anyway. In order to find investors, I would post an ad here telling everyone where you are located.Also, you can find out about a local REI club and network with as many investors as you want. Have you seen any bandit signs in your area? If so call the number, because they are investors and might be looking for someone to do the legwork for them.If you do these three things I'm pretty sure you won't have any trouble finding an investor,just be careful who you deal with.
