Bargain Network???
Any one know about the accuracy of the information from this source of foreclosures, it claims to updated daily, but we've all heard that before, right?
hope this question is allowed to be asked, I think it is, well lets hope so!
The souce is bargain network.
I signed up on the Bargain network and it seems they update it every couple of days no big deal. It is a good source for foreclosures. I have looked at about 15 homes from there so far and 3 of them are potential buys. I found 3 bed 1 bath 2car detached built in 1990 for 120k market value in that area I found a home with same specs a 1/4 mile down the road for 187k. And the house needs nothing
