Bankruptcy Dealin Help Needed
I mistakenly posted this in another commercial forum .. anyway
found a bankruptcy house and the seller wants out. small first large second.
How do I deal with court? Structure deal with seller? Fair offer price with anticipated expenses to be encourred on my end.
My thought was to get a release from seller so I can talk with creditors with liens on property. Offer reduced payoff for lien and make offer to seller contingent on the reduced payoff for home.
My first bankruptcy deal trying to structure on this purchase. I see opportunity here just trying to convert using some short sale technique but unsure of lineage of todos for purchase agreement.
