"Authorization to Release" form
I am reading many books as well as articles on this website and learning a lot about short saling. But in many articles I am reading about the "Authorization to Release" form. Could somebody please tell me where I can get an example of this form and maybe tell me a little bit about it?

You can find the Authorization To Release Form at the link below. The form is very simple. It's generally used when you're requesting info from a third party (such as a bank). It basically says that the homeowner authorizes the bank to release any information regarding a specific address to the person(s) (investor) identified on the document.
