Auction In Colorado
Hi,
I have an urgent question: Very good friend of mine is investing in a house in CO. House is in foreclosed. He placed several low offers with the bank.
Yesterday, the bank declined offer and said the house is going to auction. Dont know details yet other than the auction company is in Tulsa, OK
Are there any tips you know of in CO that could be helpful to know whats going on or for anything special athe auctions over there? (I'm in CT)?

Hi Dan,
What's going on is that your friend made offers that were unacceptable to the lender.
The lender does not have to accept any amount less than the subject investment amount.
Colorado's foreclosure proceeding are basic, nothing stands out in uniqueness in their proceedings.
Without more details not sure what direction to take you.
