Assignment Of Real Estate Contract

I have just a quick question...my local title company does all of the closings in my area. If I wanted to do a flip-deal with another investor...would I have to go to the title company as if I were closing the sale just to sell my contract to them? Or is there a possible way to do this on a CHEAPER basis? Just wondering. cool grin

Your still going to need a title company to research the title, make sure its not cloudy and is free and clear. As far as a cheaper way, not really, but hopefully you'll be making a big enough sale that the money for the title company is nothing.

    Good Luck

Do you know if a preforeclosure sale, would I check title if I am flipping, or just let my buyer do that?
