You could call some of the "I Buy Houses" ads in the paper, go to your local REI club meeting, go to the Truste Sales at the court house, etc... you'll find tons of investors that are looking for property and you're just the person to sell it to them.
If you dont have much money I sugest you either find some one with money and/or experiance in investing in pre-foreclosures or birddog for some of the investors in your area to build up some investment cash.
