Are The Prices In Houston Going Down Again.
It seems about every 15 years Houston, read TX house prices stagnate REAL hard or they actually go down.
Anyone in Houston see this?
I have seen some high end houses just sit, then the owner actually has to offer fianancing and still they sit.
Anyone else see this or was it just the couple I saw?
