Anyone Heard Of David Whisnant?

Hi,
Has anyone heard of or used any of David Whisnant's material?

I'm trying to find reviews/feedback on his Real Estate or Foreclosure CD training.

Thanks

    David Whisnant,

Describes himself as an Attorney whose specialty is foreclosure. He has been heard to mention that he knows more about this than anyone else in the world. He is coming on line with offers to teach the gentle art to all for a fee.

When questioned as to the major difference between a Trust Deed Foreclosure and a Mortgage Foreclosure
The line went dead. We never bothered to make the second call. I supose he like so many others turns all sale leads over to a large marketing organization which then employ ex long liners who memorize patterns of words designed to motivate the caller into exposing a credit card which will be acted on in the instant.

I believe that most things in life are pretty well learned by doing. Your reading gives you the knowledge, but only you banging on a door or talking on a telephone can make it all work.

The responses and situations that you meet in this line of investment are so varied and on occasion complex, that it is all pretty much up to the skills of you yourself and the big skill is negotiation and if that is coupled with a true desire to solve the problem, you will do well. On some you will make money and on others your reward is the help you give.

    Enjoy, Lucius

    Hmmm,

Hello, Just joined. Concerning David Whisnant...I don't find the above reply to be true.

I discovered David's site last year and I downloaded a large (250 pages?) pdf file about his process of finding deals.

He is very knowledgable. He sells a more expensive package ... just go to his site at ****Must Reach have more than 6 posts before posting URL's*** and read through some of it. Sure he's like the others in terms of packaging his knowledge and selling it...but I have no doubt he knows the difference between a mortgage and trust deed.

    Taylor
