I have the " totally dominate your foreclosure marketplace" book. I like it a lot. It is really straight to the point. Great sense of humor. It really sounds like he learned the hard way. I have a couple ideas that I want to try. I usually look at trying to get at least one idea out of each book. If that happens then the book was worth the price. Anything by Kaiser is well worth the price. Most of his products are niche products and may require some prior understanding of the subject matter. I have several of his courses and like them all. Take care.

I might have to cop that Ultimate Lease option strategy that sounds like a good one with a nice price also.
