Any Risk In Advertising An Intended Flip?
I own the contract to a new construction being built. I can most likely get more now than what I agreed to pay. Probably around $30K. I would like to start advertising and getting in touch with realtors b/c I'd like to sell this before I close. Is there any risk in talking to realtors or taking out an ad (befor I actually own the property)?
Anything else I should watch out for?null
