Any Info On Consolidated Solutions Group?
A friend suggested I take a look at "CSG" as a way to refer folks responding to my preforeclosure direct mail. Their marketing materials are upfront that I would be purely a lead generator for their network of institutional funding sources, private investors, etc and CSG will do workouts, short sales, loan mods, etc to avoid/stop foreclosure. As a referral agent I would receive a fee for the lead.
I signed up-at the free level-- to learn more and was a little surprised to see it had taken on a mlm quality and that was even a part of the website I was to use in my direct marketing.
In spite of couple red flags raised, if indeed they are coming through with successful lender negotiations that could help the homeowners, would hate to write them off.
Before I send homeowners to them-it appears there is a 1000+ fee to the owner--I want to make sure they are legit. Tried googling them and see there are thousands of folks who have come on board as referral agents-not much else.
So thought best to come to the group that would know if they can deliver!
