Alternative To Door Knocking
Do any of you call pre-foreclosures? It seems like that would be more effective than driving to an address (only to find out that noone is home, etc...)
It would seem that calling the neighbors of the foreclosures would be a good option, as they would have alternate contact info for the owner, etc...
Is there a good system I can follow?
