After the auction
Hello all. Just discovered this forum last week and there is so much information here that almost anyone can become a successful investor. My question is how do one follow a property after it is sold at the auction? There is a 6 month redemption period here. I would like know the high bid, etc. Thanks.

If you have not as yet attended a auction it is great learning experience. It is hard to say if anyone is going to redeem their property but I would say the percentage that do are very, very, few.
Depending where you are located you may be able to get this information off the internet, or a local legal newpaper.

Thanks John. I do get the local legal news but the reason for asking the question is that I would like to attempt to acquire the property by offering the owner more than the winning bid. Is this a feasible plan of getting the property? If so, do you or anyone else cover this topic in a book? Thanks, again.
