Advice On Contacting Owners.
Hey everybody, I'm just starting out. I was looking for any advice on contacting the owners. I have read several ideas on ways to contact the owner and was wondering what ways work best. Should I mail a letter campain? Show up on their doorstep? Call them? I was planning on paying cash for the properties instead of using creative financing. Any advice?

if you are paying cash then best bet is do some marketing yourself. It consists of a combination of things , take a look at www.motivatedsellers.com , scott is an ok guy and has an excellent product that I use.
