Advantages/Disadvantages
Let's say I find someone who is NOT in Pre-foreclosure but is behind on his monthly payments. IS this better or worse than finding someone who is already in Pre-foreclosure. What are the Pro's and Cons of both?? Any info is appreciated. :-S
