Accepted REO Verbally, Need Sample Contracts..

TLL profile photo

I have an accepted offer from the bank on an REO in the state of Kansas. She is sending me her special addendums, but does not have contracts, etc. I am not working with an agent but am dealing direct with the bank.

Does anyone have samples of clean and simple contracts? Or a source where I can find them?

Thanks!

Your attorney should have a set handy, or, any big box office supply store should have a fillable contract on CD or floppy disk.

Try Office Depot or Office Max they should be under $10.

No! You cannot evict a buyer. The property owners have the right to stay until a foreclosure is done. Realize this...THE BANK does not own the house the buyers own it just have not been making payments. The bank can assign the contract to whomever, however it is all subjet to the terms in place. If you take over the banks position you are the first morgage (Usually) and you would have to foreclose to own the house. Most foreclosures entail an auction in case more is paid than is owed on your mortgage that usually goes back to the buyer. Some states are different. IMHO you can NEVER evict a buyer without foreclosure. Evictions are a seperate process even in foreclosure.
