  I have had the opportunity to peruse their material. I would categorize it as above average. I don't know what it costs. FYI,their names are Charlie and Randy France.

  It's cool, but for less money you can take John Locke's course and be better off.

  I just went on ebay the other day and bought Ron Legrands course "Cash Flow Generator" for $16.00 and Calton Sheets course for $42.00.
  
  There are alot of other good programs on ebay for SUPER CHEAP prices.

  Charlie and Randy France produced a good course. It tells how to find, negotiate and close a subject-to deal. Very good instruction on purchasing with this method. Complete with audio and forms to customize for your state. I have used it and it works.
