$25,000 For A Newbie To Invest. Help Please!
I live in the Sacramento area here in Northern California. In couple of months from now I will probaly have about $25k to invest. I am new to RE investing and I would like to hear ideas and advice from other investors to see what they would do with the scenario of having $25k and being a beginner RE investor. I would love to hear any advice and ideas to help me make a wise investment. :-o

I may be biased but Invest in southwest florida. Land or rental properties are a good bet in my opinion and at lower prices than California.
