1st Mortgage Forecloses & 2nd Mortgage Forecloses
I have this question hope someone can answer me which is when I attend the Notice of Trustee sale auction how do I know if the auction is for the 1st or the 2nd mortgage forecloses ....... Please respond to my question........ Thanks

Hopefully, you will have done a title search which will show the recording date of the deeds of trust.
