Using Profiles To Facilitate Parnterships

As part of our profiles, what if there were 2 more sections to fill out: What I am Birddog HML Loan officer - residential Loan officer - commercial Real Estate Agent Real Estate Broker Landlord Property Manager Wholesaler Short Saler General Contractor Handyman Electrician Plumber ect. What I am looking for: See above list 95% LTV loans cash partner equity partner business partner etc State specific searches could be done so that people, for example could find out that I am an electrician and birddog or I could search for investors or landlords. Perhaps an alternate contact solution would be in order so that spamming didn't become a problem. (perhaps "Bob123 has requested you contact him regarding birddogging in California" as a PM. Additionally this could be a good means to draw other professionals to the site (and more revenue for TCI).
