TCI Software?
It seems there is a lot of requests for software that would be easy to create. In fact most of them just want Excel/Access based templates. There may be a secondary market if you want to take the time to make and sell them. Also the offerings on http://www.download.com for real estate are not too impressive but are in the right general direction. You may want to just take the idea and run with it.

We will be getting into creating some tools, calculators pretty soon.
I already have an avalanche debt calculator that I would like to construct for myself. But I am sure everybody else would like to use it.
Oh, but they will be web based. you were talking about making them for somebodys computer.
I think since how the net is going. Everybody will have the latest and greatest.
We already have a great team of web developers already. It wouldn't be too hard to create web tools for the Real Estate Investor.
You may want to look into it as it could be a good stream of income for you. Also look into web based as well given the Microsoft NET framework that will be coming with the new longhorn operating system.
