TCI On Tour
When are you seasoned Investors going to go out and do a all in one TCI Bootcamp?
I think it would be interesting to see Cash, Derrick, John, ShortSale Pro, and all the rest of you guys, and ladies, to go out and host a one time a year TCI bootcamp.....or you could take it to city to city for a few months.
We'll be able to put faces with names and be able to network a little more.
Just a thought. 
Or perhaps a TCI carribean cruise.
I think it would be cool to be surrounded by RE investors while we're sipping daquaries on a beach. Good way to learn, mingle, and network.
Invite a guest speaker (Locke for example) and make it a business expense.
I recently saw a conference in Cancun hosted by a similar (but less useful) website. Could be a ton of fun.
My wife, would probably ditch me and hang out with your wives while we chatted about our deals and dreams.
Might be a good place to start talking about the bootcamp too.

If we take a 3 or 4 day mexican cruise out of LA (lucious you coming?) it will cost about $229 per person.

I like the beach idea...keep the cruise ships out of it. From what I see in the news it could majorly backfire. I'd love to put the faces with the names and ask a few of these annoying questions in person -
