Suggestion for a new form

Joel,

How about a forum where you can post a deal you did. You could give info like when you started, how long it took to do your first deal, how many deels you have done. The numbers on the deal. Lessons learned (good or bad), you know all the good stuff. It would give insperation to people just sarting out.

    This would go into the existing Financial Forum. Specifically for deals that you are doing and deals that you have done.

    I think this content type would be better categorized as a "Success Story" .

    thanks, market's slow here so my sub-to's aren't happening for now, i'm concentrating on mobiles to build up some more $$$$ how's business been for my fellow tci investors?
