Searches

Not sure if this is a feature request or a question about existing features.
When I run a search it appears that all the fields are required. For example, lets say I wanted to see all the properties in Illinois. Do have to run seperate searches for each category of property? and for each different status? Perhaps I don't care if its "for sale" or "looking for a partner" yet I must run two seperate searches?
Other systems I use allow you to leave a category blank which returns all hits in that category but that doesn't seem to work here.
Same question in the Members section. Lets say I wanted to talk to other landlords do I have to restrict my search by state?

I think we will revamp the searches later this year when we redo the properties to be categorized as multiple types instead of just one type.
Once we do that, we will have to redo all of our property searches anyway.
