Obtaining Comps

gremlin1957 profile photo

Does TCI have any type of package (semi-annual/annual) priced plan for obtaining either unlimited or several comps/property info for a set price rather than just paying per property? As an investor this product would seem useful for the investor who doesn't want to bother their realtor but would just rather obatin this info from their own desktop. Thanks.

As I am reading your question, the banner at the top of the page says

"Find out instantly what your home is worth" or words to that effect.

I think several of the links on this site lead you to those services.

Why not just take the license so you can access the MLS.You do not have to wear the jacket and sport the pin. Yo do not have to cheer at Realtor meetings. Just take the license and slide in. All that information. Just not make good sense to me. I have the MLS's I use the short search for Tax info a lot. I also am tied to the Assessors Office. One of the title companies and naturaly RETRAN for my defaults and imediate sales informations. I can run the Grantee Grantor Index but only back about ten years. I find this information most necessary to do what I do when I do it.

Lucius Real Estate Broker, Realtor Calif. lic. 43498 now that should tell you something. Yes it is true we rolled dice weather to work the seventh day or not. He won. damned he is good at that.
