Can anyone find the CARS FORM....NO.
Can anyone find a good general example of how a sale goes well in Texas, Tennessee, California, Oregon, New York,
Arizona...,

That is what we are looking for...
Good quality to band together to get in one place...with out a charge.

Can you ofer a program and offer to others to send in their forms and primer
forms in all aspects of Real Estate Investing...

Sure it is a lot of late night oil but it is worth it to have a comprehensive Web Site that people know adn can send their friends to that expect more that is what everyone is waiting for you to do...get motivated so when every member send a professional to your site they don't go back to that member or person in life adn really give them a toung lashing for being in the professionals eyes as a gossip and Chat corner...YES there is alot of good information here...but it could be better...

Divide you subject into catagories and
DAMN the TORPEDOS....!

GOD BLESS

    Shayshay,

So what you are saying you are the only one who should make money. Are you going to send me a check from your next deal if what I tell you to do helps you?

The owner of this site has many costs in keeping this site going. He generates revenue from the course writers here to pay his bills.

The course writers here have bills to pay, so they sell courses written for the new investor to become successful. None of us are going to give away free what we have paid our dues doing, it is not fair even to ask.

Downloadable forms are dangerous if they are not State Specific, do you want to use a form thinking you are getting off with out paying for it, then the deal goes bad because of the form. Let me suggest that the cost of a bad deal because of a downloaded form can be many times more expensive than hiring a professional to do it right in the first place.

We call this the American Enterprise System. It is what keep America going along with this Free website.

I guess you haven't checked the Freebie area yet. Hmm...

    Joel,

I have checked the Freebie Area, my only caution is if you are using a Generic Form and it goes bad while doing a real estate deal then who will gaurantee these forms. I would seriously consider a dis - claimer. Something along the lines of See and Attorney before using these forms, etc.

There are cases where a new person has been before the Judge for Brokering Without A License and recieved fines for doing so. They used forms from one of the Guru's, however they were not State Specific. Since I subcribe to Lexis (legal research web site) I could quote many more cases involving using bad forms, but 'Here Comes Da Judge' if you get unlucky.

I totally agree, there isn't a one stop contract that fits every state and area. If you have a questions about the form in the freebie area, bring it to a local lawyer to find out if the form can be used in your area.

And if you have a form that can be used as an example please add it into the FREEBIES area.
