New Member Primer?
I have noticed, in the short time that I have been a member, that there is alot of redundent questions.
For example:
What is birdogging?
Any lenders out there?
What is wholesaling, subject to etc...?
If you had some sort of primer for new members when they registered, that would explain some of the basics of the site and of CRE. Then give a short quiz that they would have to pass to use the forum, it may reduce alot of the repeated questions.
Just my thoughts.
I enjoy this site and respect the advice of everyone here, sure glad I found it.
