New Forum Classification
You should have a place to discuss the intricacies of financing deals. It should have special rules like the "Deals in Progress." Getting something financed is the single most complex and difficult part of being a RE investor and it deserves its own forum.
We had that in the past, and it just turned up into a "Lender Fishing" forum.
Good suggestion Pos. I have made numerous suggestion on this site and they have always been shot down. Hope this one goes through.
