More categories for lenders
currently you have o.o., NOO, and hard money. I think it would be helpful if you could search with more criteria. I would add refinance, seasoning (and unseasoned money), lines of credit, unsecured lines of credit, etc. I thought that the chart that was there previously was more helpful than the way it is now. Just some thoughts.

Good Idea! I think as we will get more and more loan programs into the database, we will construct it so that people will be able to always come up with a lender in our database that fits their needs.
