Listing Notes For Sale
Just as we have a Properties section that lists real estate for sale or rent, I would like to see added a Notes section with notes for sale.
You can chosse if you want to limit notes to real estate backed or not.
I too think it would be a great idea. The notes could be in two categories = backed by Real Estate and those from sale of a Business (might have no Real Estate). Sub-categories = Existing Notes (with some seasoning) and New Notes (= just about to be created and have no seasoning)
I would volonteer to structure such an addition.

We have had plenty of requests for this. But as we are growing we are moving towards Commercial this year.
As we are hiring on more developers, we can take a second look at what we are working towards.
