Lender Search - Refinance
How about adding a refinance search engine to the Lender database. I would like to keep tabs on the offers out there to refinance some of my existing properties other than what my brokers are telling me, just to make sure they are in line. I have used the lenders on here twice for deals and would probably use them more if I new more about their options. I like to search for details on my time rather than get bombarded with the "latest" deals by multiple brokers. Just a thought. Thanks.

In the new Preferred Lending Program that we are setting up for first quarter next year. You will be able to include refinances of your current debt in there.
