HML Forum?
To discuss experiences with lenders, get recommendations, which ones to avoid etc. fees charged, location of lender etc.
Does it warrant its own forum? I dont know. But its scattered everywhere currently...thought it would be a good idea to just bunch them up in one forum.

As a commercial mortgage broker I'd be interested in participating, but, I suggest two forums (Residential HML and Commercial HML), and clarification of which is which. (Generally, 4 units and less are residential, 5 and up are commercial.) Many posts and users are vague about which type they're referring to.
Just a thought.
I concur..I think this would be a pretty good forum to have
We have tried this in the past and it just turned into an advertising frenzy. Lenders need to use the Lender Finder. It is cheap, easy advertising that works.
