Due Diligence Forum

I'd like to see a "due diligence" forum. All investors need to learn how to perform due diligence at some point, and new resources for conducting it are being discovered by investors all the time.

I think a "due diligence" forum would be very useful.

"How do I find foreclosures?"
"How do I find pre-foreclosures?"
"How do I research the title?"
"... find the owner?"
"... make sure there are no leins on it?"

All are fairly common questions I see.

I guess does it make more sense to have a FAQ, a forum, or the questions proposed in the various forums.

On the basics I think and FAQ if most helpful, since you don't have to search for things.

You may be right, a FAQ may be the answer here. New methods can be discussed in the forums they most relate to.

    Due Diligence FAQ, anyone?
