I thought it was already free to post your listings. At least that is how I interpret the following from the TCI Realty page:
"You must open up a FREE TCI Realty account in addition your The Creative Investor account to allow you to put in the houses that you would like to sell."
MikeT, The TCI Realty database has been closed since June of last year. I haven't had the time to mesh it in with the current database. Now over the next couple of weeks, that is what I will be working on. I will also be working on a database to sell and purchase Real Estate Notes. That will help everybody. Sorry it has taken me so long, but we have a kid on the way.
You guys should have a rather large property database. One thing I would appreciate is if the Section is updated. For instance, have like 7-14-21 or 30 day listings only, then the listing is automatcially deleted/removed in order to keep invetory updated on a monthly basis.

I do believe they call that a classified ad section, thanks for pointing that out to me Dave...
Right now, there are 96 Visitors on-line, 44 Members on-line and over 6,000+ Member Database....and 31 Total Listings.
May I suggest adding a section termed "Real Estate Wanted" for Buyers.
That entire section of the web site would be a lot more active if it were Free to post "Listings".

I tried signing up at TCI Realty, couldn't get pass the username and password.
Like I said above, with over 6,000+ Members, there are 30+ listings...it can't be too effective.
