Time to Invest Again?

Personally, I took a break, a long break over the past 5 years from doing anything but paying down debt. With that paid down debt, I am now interested in looking a more property.

The question resides though. What properties should I focus on? What have you learned from to go after? Personally I was thinking of more single family residential homes. Leave your comments below.
